Brianne is a trusted advisor to executives and boards, providing specialized audits and support that bring clarity, opportunity, and risk mitigation to leadership teams. She uniquely integrates analytical assessment with higher-level strategic outlooks to translate complex dynamics into tangible insights that drive better governance and performance.

Prior to co-founding Clear Sphere Partners, Brianne worked twelve years at a Fortune500 company in business management, supply chain, and engineering development. She worked for two years at a leading industry institute advancing leadership councils for HVACR manufacturers and directing sector teams. She currently serves on a local audit committee performing contract reviews and policy input.

Ms. Santarelli is educated with an MBA in Finance from Lehigh University, a bachelor's degree of science in mechanical engineering from the Pennsylvania State University, and a green belt certification in Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement. She is an alumna of Wharton's "Boards that Lead" program and actively served on various volunteer and advisory boards.

Her contributions have garnered career and leadership awards from esteemed organizations such as the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, the Society of Women Engineers, the Pennsylvania State University, and Lehigh University.

 Outside of work, Brianne enjoys running and skiing (on mountains where one can stop to catch their breath, though the view takes it away) and treasures time spent with her family.
