Brianne specializes in providing data-driven strategy for the manufacturing, industrial, and energy industries. Brianne’s insight into market growth opportunities and evolving needs delivers transformational results for clients.
Brianne brings 15 years of experience with technical industries. She worked twelve years at Air Products—a Fortune500 company—in business management, supply chain, and engineering development. She worked for two years at AHRI advancing industry-wide leadership councils for HVACR manufacturers and directing sector teams.
Ms. Santarelli is educated with an MBA in Finance from Lehigh University, a bachelor's degree of science in mechanical engineering from the Pennsylvania State University, and a green belt certification in Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement. She is an alumna of Wharton's "Boards that Lead" program and has actively served on various volunteer and advisory boards.
Her contributions have garnered career and leadership awards from esteemed organizations such as the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, the Society of Women Engineers, the Pennsylvania State University, and Lehigh University.
Outside of work, Brianne enjoys running (more like a leisurely jog, but hey, it still counts!), skiing (on mountains where one can stop to catch their breath, though the view takes it away), and treasures time spent with her family.

She is a certified Executive Coach by the Hudson Institute of Coaching in Santa Barbara, and holds qualifications in psychometric assessment and analysis.
